Refund Policy

We support return and refund service under the following rules:

1. Return Eligibility
   Items can be returned within 30 days after you receive the package. Products must be unused, unopened, with original packaging intact. Customized products and clearance items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
   1) Contact our customer service to apply for return and get return address.
   2) Send the goods back according to the given address.
   3) After we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your refund within 3-7 working days.
3. Shipping Fee

• If the return is caused by our quality problem or wrong delivery: we bear the return shipping cost.
• If you return goods for personal reasons: you need to afford the return shipping fee.

1. Partial Refund
   For damaged items or partial goods return, we will issue a partial refund based on actual situation.
